If something has happened to you that does not feel right, or has upset you, scared you, or made you feel unsafe, then you should tell a trusted adult. This could be:
- Your parents
- Your guardians
- Teachers at school
- Run Directors or volunteers at parkrun if something worrying has happened at parkrun
- You can also email the safeguarding team and tell us what happened and we will do our best to help you safeguarding@parkrun.com
