Working With Vulnerable People

To apply for a WWVP card applicants follow these steps:

1. Complete a WWVP application for registration (Online)
2. Attend an Access Canberra Service Centre to provide proof of your identity (accepted ID) and have your photo taken

Once a WWVP application has been lodged, processing takes up to 20 business days.

Applicants will receive a ‘Working with Vulnerable People’ registration card, which will display a unique ‘Registration Number’.

WWVP cards are valid for three years.
